The Neighbors, Modern Family, and Suburgatory all have a narrator tonight? What's the deal? I can find absolutely nothing about this on Google.

Comcast says it is an issue with abc. They are testing a new vision impaired "audio description" service. They say there is nothing they can do about it. This is horrible.

I had that happen to me during "New Girl" a couple of weeks ago! But that was on Fox. And I have Time Warner. Had some folks on this board telling me I enabled a visually impaired setting on my box. I searched EVERYWHERE for that setting & never found it. And that was the only show that did it. Glad to know I'm not going crazy.

And yes, it is horrible & very distracting.

Same thing on my DVR'd Modern Family. "Audio Description" is being tested by ABC, but I don't see a way to turn it off.

I am happy for folks that need this service, but dear Lord, is there no way to turn the feature off for the rest of us?

Press the SAP button on your TV/STB.

They came on for me, but I just hit SAP on my FIOS remote and it stopped.

This happened to me a couple weeks ago when I recorded The Office, so annoying!
