I have looked all over the Internet and cannot find a code for the bose cinemate I. The uverse remote. Anyone by chance know that right code? Code 4000 and 5007 seem to be most popular but neither work.

I have programmed all my remotes multiple times so its not user error

Ok, "is the monitor turned on?" sort of question, you did go back to the uverse remote programming to see if they have a code, yes?

I suspect you have. My uverse S10-S2 remote is perfectly willing to turn the Technics tuner on and off, just separately from tv operations (ans is cranky about volume adjusting).

Cured that with a Logitech Harmony Touchscreen remote. Only thing the Harmony needs is that Back menu button that the uverse remote has.

The harmony works everything & the other remote go in a drawer.

My pain problem is I have one remote to control the TV/uverse and my wife has an identical one. Would rather not buy 2 new remotes if I dont have too.
