Clark was boozing it up Friday Saturday and Sunday night of the Colonial this year at the Omni. Him and Adam partied together on Sunday night.

Roger Maltbie could go deep with the cold pop. I sat next to his table one night at The Bunker (Houston Open). He spent more time on top of his table than sitting at it. Fun guy to be around.

Saw Robert Gamez at Papa's Ice House AFTER the Bunker closed down that night. We drank with him for about an hour and a half. Dude was tore down and had a 7:30am tee time. We dragged out to the course around 11am and he was 3 under through 13.

Couldn't believe my eyes a 6 time Major winner was in line with the rest of the peasantry.

I remember reading a book about 30 years ago a caddy wrote and he was talking about Sam Snead playing in a Wednesday Pro-Am. Snead's amateur walked up to him on the first tee and said, "Mr. Snead, it is a pleasure to meet you. You know, a funny thing, my buddies bet me $20 that you wouldn't say 3 words to me all day long."
