What every happened in the end regarding the fight on the golf course where the guy got stabbed with the golf shaft and almost died (lost use of leg). I know there was a lawsuit, but never heard in the end if charges were brought up against the drunk golfer or the result of the lawsuit.

Some comments on a video about the incident seem to indicate that they failed to indict the drunk guy, but can't find any articles indicating that.
