Banks has always been a gamer. Looks like we have at least 3 of his former teammates from BanditoLand coming to play here next year. Hope they produce as well as Banks.

Jester starting last Friday. No one saw that move coming much less expected such a great showing

A second consecutive year of poor fundamentals, an inability to bunt when needed, bad base coaching/running and an apparent lack of leadership on the team.

Make no mistake, there are some GOOD players on this team and I fully support them. I sincerely hope the above gets corrected - with consistency - ASAP. Hate to think of the Ags missing out on a regional (though it seems likely).

Mengden sitting on 2 wins after 10 weeks of baseball. Did not see that coming

Unacceptable performance by this coach and team. Our program has too much invested for this sub-par performance that occurs too often than not. He must go.

Hate seeing this much talent get wasted. Poor development is the number one sign of poor coaching. Not one guy has improved in 3 years.

Not that he's playing bad this year compared to his teammates but I am surprised that Langford has not been having a much better year at the plate especially when batting with runners in scoring position. (Melton Hunter's disappearance is a close 2nd and the entire pitching staff, especially Mengden and Ray, a close 3rd.)

When the list of individual performance "negative" surprises is numerous, as we seem to have, the real issue converges at the top...way way time for a change

a group of stats about the season that are very frustrating:

A&M is 0-12 when trailing after the 8th inning. And 2-5 in games when tied after the 8th inning. (those 2 wins were against Columbia and Northeastern)

not much late inning clutch hitting or clutch play in general in close games.

The Ags are great frontrunners however: 21-0 when leading after the 8th; and 20-0 when leading after the 7th

Can't hit, can't pitch, can't catch, can't throw, can't run, but other than that, we're in great shape! Good times!

Maybe the SEC is too much for A&M.
SEC? SEC? SEC?

Perhaps Mengden will come back very late, and make a difference.
