RHP Chris Paddock was here in College Station over the weekend as he was playing with his Summer Team, the Austin Banditos. There were playing in part of the A&M Invitational where they used the facilities at A&M and the complex out in Franklin.

Well, earlier to day the Senior to be pull the trigger and committed to A&M..

I have seen the young man play.. Sunday, where he topped out at 91, with a low 70 Curve and a change. The opposing coach said this is just not right.. Having a pitcher pitch on the last day of the tournament and being able to throw low 90's..

Last week Paddock spent the week out in Arizona pitching for the Houston Banditos and won the Tournament MVP..

Longtime reader, first time posting. Christopher is my nephew. He called me shortly after pulling the trigger on his commitment. He is so happy to be a part of A&M and to be able to play baseball for the Aggies. It was a great experience for me to watch it all unfold and then hear him talk about it and the excitement to be a part of this special place.

Would A&M require him to cover up his sleeve tatoo while in uniform? I can't recall a player having any significant tatoos in the past.

That is a removable elbow sleeve for support. Not sure the NCAA rules on those, but I am sure that it'll have to be color coordinated with the uniform color.

And congrats to Chris Paddock on his commitment to A&M. Congrats!

Seems like a very talented kid. Happy to have him aboard. We need him to be on campus!
