I heard today that TV has the option to push back by 30min if they want. They have to make the call by some point in the prior game (like middle of 3rd period).

Harley was up on the rush and was trying to skate back a long ways after the turnover.
Suter was back in the neutral zone, but never reacted to the turnover. He just stood there while two Vegas players went by him. If Suter sinks back right after the turnover he could have slowed down the Vegas entry.
