Glad to see our multis in action! Landon Helms and Blake Harris on the men's side and Joniar Thomas and Timara Chapman on the women's side! Should be a small competition but hopefully they bring it! We also have Kennady Fontenot and Emma Little in the steeple and I'm really excited to see Fontenot there! Lamara Distin makes her outdoor debut and Nissi Kabongo will make her Aggie Debut in the 400 hurdles! Should be a nice meet with USC in town and several pros running too!

Nothing better than starting a multi with a PR! Timara Chapman with a .2 PR in the hurdles to run a 13.50 and Joniar Thomas with a .1 PR to run a 13.61! Great start for our ladies!

Joniar Thomas' strongest events are all coming up next! She'll end the day with the 200 where she is a monster! Then she can really throw the jav and we all know she can long jump with the best in the nation! Timara is good at the jav also! A really great duo and I bet them training together is helping! I wish Rylee Lydon was healthy also

Ethan Sanders had a great series today in discus. After a new PR at LSU last week of 175'10", today he threw 177'8, 180, 183'10, 184'2, and finally 187'8" landing him #11 on the all time Aggie list.

Glad we can get some great throwing going on in our new outdoor throwing area! Should bring in better throwers and more pros! Going to be fun in the future! Hopefully a recruit falls in love with the place as well!
