I highly doubt that's her. She's not listed on the IMDb credits for that episode, and unless she's wearing a wig in all her movies in 2001/02, she didn't have her head shaved.

The only credited female for that episode is Josefein Hendricks as "young Dutch girl". Here is a pic of her from that episode. Did she get the head shave of shame later? I don't remember since I haven't watched it since it came out.

Maybe Sarah Franzl who is listed under stunts for the episode. Since she was already on set, could have asked her to be in the scene
