Never let this person and his brave deed go unforgotten. I'll be thinking of him on T-1.

Reading all of these posts make me so proud to be the Aggie that I am. Tim is a hero and an inspiration to all. His spirit, among the other 11 Aggies, will forever shine through. Bonfire will NEVER be forgotten and those brave 12 will forever be in my heart. This forum should definitely be the first all Aggies see. Keep the Aggie Spirit alive.

Always remember BONFIRE

Mr. and Mrs. Kerlee-
Howdy my name is Colin York and I am a junior in Sq. 16. It was great to get to see you last weekend at the BBQ Mr. Kerlee. We had our annual Bonfire Night tonight with our freshmen and Mr. Bobby Tucker came to speak about Tim. It was an incredible night and an absolutely amazing experience for myself and I know for my freshmen. Thank you so much for your support over the years and please know that Tim will never be forgotten and that his spirit is living on everyday here in Sq. 16. God Bless, Thanks and Gig 'Em.

Bobby Tucker comes to speak every year at T-Camp and gives the same speach every year. He was ordered not to change it.

A large part of that speach is about Tim. I've heard it several times now and still have tears rolling down my face every time.

TTT Tim- We may not all know you personally but we all love you dearly!!!

First time I have visited this thread. Tim is a Hero in my book, putting others above himself. I dont know that there is a bigger thing to do in life than that.

Sitting here with tears in my eyes, Tim is in my heart and prayers today.

May we never forget any of the 12 that died that day in 1999.

Today is the day Tim died. He would have been 24 in Jan.
Happy birthday son! God bless you and the rest of the 12.

Mr & Mrs Kerlee,
As we pass this year's anniversary, reading this reminds me why I'm here, and why I'm a fish in the Corps right now. I know there's several in my class remembering Tim in every action today, because from now on, we're going to be given chances he never was able to have. And we're going to carry out the missions of the Corps tenfold, because we have to do it for Tim, too. I'm not wasting my time here, I'm going to make the most of it for him, and for you. God bless

Steve had Tim Jr’s Boy Scout walking stick with him in the woods this weekend. The young cub scouts just sat and listened as Tim Jr’s story was told at campfire. I know it doesn’t really sound like much to say that they sat and listened… but when you mix 10 year-old boys and open woods…well…you have been there.

They sat and listened to Steve talk about Tim Jr. for over 10 minutes, no movement, eyes fixated…and listening to a story about a real Scout hero. I have to admit that it was hard holding back the tears hearing Tim’s story again. Real hard. Just thought you should know that your son has not been forgotten. His story, your story, and his love of scouting will always be a shining example of what is right about scouting.

Mr. and Mrs. Kerlee,

I am 32, and only hope I become what your son was already at such a young age. I have 3 children, and will strive to allow them the same meaningful life you provided for yours. I hope I provide the same qualities/values your family has.

Thank you for everything you have provided us.
