He's not going to debate. He'll yes the same rhetoric that Katie Hobbs used against Lake and refuse. He'll point to January 6th, his indictments, etc. Biden doesn't have to campaign at all and he can still win.

Wild situation here where 60 minutes gives a disclaimer right off the bat before interviewing Biden.

Explains to the viewer that he's stressed out from a busy schedule, he's 81, congress wont help him, and because of all that he tends to stutter more than usual.

Absolutely wild time to be alive. We've never seen anything like this.
