Many options.

One could be setting precedent. Conservatives call for crackdowns on these protests, then when conservatives start to gather to protest, Leftists will equivocate and demand that the Conservative protests be stopped.

Another is provocation. Provoke conservatives to respond with violence, then use that as a call to restrict conservatives, create more gun laws, etc...

Most likely in my opinion however is just to sow discord. Keep building up "us" versus "them" mentalities to the point that there is no common ground and the country will be ripe for attack.

No, this is big picture. These protests are 0.5% about the things mentioned and 99.5% about bringing about a totalitarian government. It has been about that since obama was elected.

The problem most have with these protests is that the people are supporting a terrorist organization that would have no problem sending planes into buildings in our country. What we are failing to realize is that the overwhelming majority of protestors were born AFTER 9/11, or were way too young to understand the impact it had in this country. They only read what social media and books tell them what happened without having to live through it. They are naive and uneducated in the historical significance of that time.

Just keep an eye out for really crappy legislation that will screw everybody (except congress and the feds) over to drop, probably this Friday afternoon.

Obama's entire philosophy is based on colonizer vs colonized. Dinesh D'souza wrote a good book analyzing it.

The entire purpose they want a totalitarian government is to "right the wrongs" of "colonization".
