These universities/colleges have the power to stop this crap by simply sending an e-mail to all students and employees stating that any student/employee arrested or identified as partaking in these protests will be immediately expelled and transcripts annotated and employees terminated for I am sure that the code of conduct of the school covers this.

And it includes tenured professors.

I wonder how many will get visits from the FBI like the Jan 6th protestors.......and get thrown in jail, denied access to medical care, bail, and lawyers.

WOW! That's a lot of students being taken out of their enrollment pool. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot financially. Of course they have big endowments and won't be hurting for money anytime soon but that will cause a problem.

I'm as much of a free speech guy as there is but there's no question that sometimes we try to be so principled as to be suicidal. The people generally using their freedom of speech in the most extreme ways are not in favor of free speech at all, they're using our values against us. At some point you have to be in survival mode when it becomes that contradictory. For example, let's say you have five people in a group and you do everything by voting. Saying "I believe so much in free speech that people should be able to use their free speech to call for the end of the country that allows free speech" seems really dumb.



I'm sure there is a term for this but if there is not we can call it the Democracy Paradox. At some point, infiltrators (Marxists) simply use the system against you to vote you out of freedom and into oppression. At that point, it's time to clean house and start over. We are approaching the end of this experiment, clearly.

The first step is to ban all immigrants from the Middle East. No exceptions.
The second step is to shut down the border.
The third step is to set up some rallies for Hamas and Palestine. Arrest everyone that shows up in support and deport all of them via helicopter.

The first and second steps are 100% doable but Democrats are actually setting up immigration centers in the ME now to bring even more terrorists over here and they are open borders so what needs to be done will never happen.
Yep, in order to have a free society and functioning representative government you first have to have only citizens who are in broad general agreement about that. So that voting and freedom of expression and so on is done within a reasonable range of similarity. So you end up with a marketplace of ideas that compete to basically achieve the best beneficial result for the group.

But this doesn't work with outright enemies and it's infuriating that people insist that it does. You could have a country of sentient deer and elands and gazelles and caribou voting with different opinions on where and how to find the best grasslands. But you can't have a country of sentient deer and gazelles and lions and tigers and expect to have honest and free debates about what to eat.

There's a huge difference between someone you disagree with and a genuine enemy. You can use diplomacy with the first but only force with the latter. But the leadership of the entire west has decided to lock the deer and lions together in a small room and say "Everything will be fine if those racist deer will just check their privilege."

Seems like someone might want to file a civil suit against the University, administrators, and the outside agitators all the way back to Soros and such. Fostering a hostile environment on campus, emotional distress, promoting racism, devaluing their degree, etc? All for political gain.

Even though I'm rarely the conspiratorial type I think it's pretty obvious it was done intentionally mostly starting in the 60s and they have just raised more of their own since then. They didn't just end up that way, they were installed by the pro-soviet groups back then for the best long-term results. I don't think the puppet masters are ultimately Islamist so much as they are just general chaos agents.

Plus, as was said in Ghostbusters, "You've never worked in the private sector, they expect results.."

It's been on campus for decades and spread to high schools in the 2000s. It's grown faster as the population has become dumber due to liberal control of education. It's all going according to plan.

My thoughts as well. Maybe hawg and the other lawyers can weigh in. Seems absolutely primed for students, not just Jewish but any that have simply had their education turned on its head and their personal well being compromised, would have a hell of a lawsuit. Sue the university and any that are supporting this for everything from damages to interrupted education to PTSD. LAWFARE them in to the ground.

You would think the Thomas J Henry personal injury type of firms would be licking their chops.
