Sort of fascinating. I wonder how many hateful anti-Christian 'artists' could be (or haven't been) charged as such under German penal codes. How can some sick fantasy about killing a person who has been dead for hundreds of years (if they even existed) really be a hate crime? If he said he wanted to 'stab Buddha in the heart' would that also qualify for such a charge?
