Bumped into an article about Trudy's and it would appear the company is having some issues. This could explain their situation with the Red Lobster property.

Outside the kitchen and back storage area is where the fire originated and where most of the fire damage is.

All the Kings Men has rebranded to Teppy's Taphouse. It's open Thurs-Sunday for now.

Went to downtown Bryan for lunch and saw the new door signage.

Think of Proudest Monkey but chicken tenders instead of burgers. More seating and a few large TVs with sports. They're still rebranding but really cool place.

They have Nashville Hot Chicken that is pretty good. Not overly spicy and good flavor. Probably 30 draught beers. Still working on a custom cocktail menu.

I'll definitely be back.

I believe this was asked before, but I've lost it in the restaurant review derailment, what is going in at the corner of Barron/Fitch? I remember seeing the dollar store going in at Barron/Victoria but don't remember anything mentioned at Fitch.

Some demo is going on @ the old Church's Chicken next to Wal-Mart in CS.

Part of what made Chicken Oil Chicken Oil was feeling like you were eating a burger in an old hunting cabin in the woods. That also led to it being a giant tinderbox, but I hope they keep that same sort of feel.

Snooze is too bright for brunch....they should be open at night though.
