Your realtor should be able to refer you to 2-3 inspectors and you choose on price and turn time. If not reply here and I can make some calls. Or texts actually. No one talks by phone anymore.

We used Michael Leger (512-826-8302) for a recent purchase in Bastrop. He is in Austin and came recommended by AFarmer95, who was our realtor. He was very prompt to respond, did a good job on the inspection and was quick with his report when he was done.
