Worked great and got out of there with zero issues (left on division and down 360S). Didn't get out of the Death Star until 9pm and the 5yo was pooped. So if you're curious, the Uber back was $8.31 + tip

Note to all - don't throw beer cans under the stairways up to the warehouse. I saw some of that last time I parked here and hoped they weren't from guys taking advantage of this hospitality.

Any chance these spots might be available starting around noon on Rangers Opening Day on Thursday? I wasn't sure if Opening Day and/or normal business hours might affect availability.

The short answer is yes...should be available.
Just be mindful and don't block any vehicles. If no spaces in the parking lot itself (closest to exchange), then perfectly reasonable to park along the street.

Is it parking just in front of the building on the far left (1903) or does it work to park in the whole lot in front of the row of warehouses?
