A critical investment is adding a talented Account Manager to the team. Catco is committed to growing and enhancing the relationships with our world-class industry partners. The Account Manager will help us do this by growing our sales to these accounts.

To be considered, candidates MUST have:
  • A mindset and work habits that are proactive, intentional, and positive
  • Good computer skills and a desire to learn and master the tech tools we use to run the business (we use NetSuite as our ERP and CRM, the Microsoft Office productivity suite, and other similar software)
  • An ability and desire to develop strong product knowledge for engineered products used in the energy industry
  • The ability to work on site in Terrell, TX (about a 30 minute commute from downtown Dallas)

The right candidate will probably also have:
  • Account management experience with a track record of growing revenue
  • Successful experience upselling and cross selling
  • Work experience with technical and engineered products

Skills and experience that would be a plus:
  • Experience working in sales or account management for manufacturing or distribution companies
  • Experience and relationships in oil and gas production, natural gas midstream, natural gas transmission and distribution, natural gas measurement
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Formal education and/or training in sales and account management
  • Bachelor's degree

Successful execution of responsibilities looks like:
  • Accounts' revenue is growing year-over-year they're purchasing more of our product line
  • You're actively generating new opportunities with our partners via regular check-ins and prospecting
  • Quotes and sales orders are entered accurately and promptly
  • Customer issues are handled effectively, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our customers
  • Positive and negative feedback from customers is captured and reported to the rest of the team
  • Your observations and ideas for improvements in our sales processes are added to our issues list and processed in sales meetings

Pay and benefits:
  • Base salary range of $65k-$85k depending on qualifications
  • Annual profit-based incentive plan (uncapped)
  • 401(k) with matching
