Seems to be a trend.
At least this concept appears that traffic lanes won't be lost - that's good.

Second. Got an Airbnb downtown with a tub and sauna for a night last month while the kids were gone and hit up Plaid Rabbit, Black Pearl, and Prime Corner Bar. Was great to walk a block and not have home chores.
What about a downtown diner that is open for breakfast and lunch? Leave dinner to all the others.
Def wouldn't be opposed to that.

They're getting pushy with that burger. Waitresses are asking that you order truffle fries or a cocktail instead of just that and fries.
It's definitely underpriced. And since people do % tipping, I'm sure the wait staff don't particularly care for people ordering it.
If I go to prime for lunch I'm gonna get the chicken fried ribeye and go into a food coma.
