Been without power since Tuesday. No transparency as to when our house will be serviced--for a blown fuse. They're punting to their answering service to take all the bullets from customers

My son's apartment unit has been without since last Wednesday. In Austin. Allll the other units have power within the complex. This is an oncor issue. I'm very sympathetic and sorry. A generac is #1 priority this year.
