Don't know why, but this reminded me of a Schwimmwagen. Now that would be both ridiculous and fun. Probably get in trouble with the HOA sailing around in our neighborhood lake, though.

I'll add one more . I saw this as a really young kid at a car show. It's one of the silliest designs ever but if we are going with any car scenarios id add this on there .

I've always wanted a Suzuki Samurai. Doesn't make sense for my family of 4 with two small kids, so I've got a Wrangler JLU. But damn, these things are sweet. Especially swapped with a 1.6 or 2.0 even.

I love the idea of those rigs. Then I try to figure out where I can use one. You can't take it off trail in 99% of the US, and they are too damn big to take up Jeep trails and such.

Nissan Pulsar NX. I thought they were cool when I was a kid and would absolutely run around in one of these if I could.
Also a Colony Park. We had a Caprice wagon growing up but I like Ford's interior more. I'd absolutely carpool my kids every now and then if I had one of these!

As a teen in the 80s living in Corpus Christi here are a couple of cars I saw all the time that I wanted badly.
Used to see the VW Thing on the beach all the time and a buddy of mine had the Brat, it was a blast sitting in the jump seat in the bed driving across the sand at Muatang Island.
