Has anyone ever used a classic car pre-purchase inspection service? I'm looking around at cars and have found some possible wants. I know enough to be dangerous but also know I'm far from an expert so I'm considering a pre-purchase inspection. Curious if people recommend them or say steer clear based on prior experience.

Theres a vehicle in the ft worth area specifically I'm interested in. Pics has a little bubbling of the paint in a small area. That could be a minor thing or major cancer so I'm looking for someone more knowledgeable than myself.
