I want to be in the 195-205 range. I've been as low as 165 in the past and I look sickly that size. Mainly.i just want to feel good and have energy.

As far as updates go...I am probably up a little bit I've been sick for a little over a week so my diet has not been normal since Thanksgiving.

And you have still lost the equivalent of a 2nd/3rd/4th grader.

You're at a tough plateau right now. You may need something to jolt the system a bit. I don't know what that might be for you. I don't remember all the stuff you are doing to facilitate the weight loss/improved health.

Things off the top of my head:

Find a pick-up basketball game once a week
Intermittent fasting. If already using, possibly increase the fasting time or make the cutoff time a little earlier.
Long bike ride or swim.

You've accomplished a solid feat. Make sure you recognize that.

Other than the weight on the scale, how do you feel? How's the blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.?

I'm not trying to get you to give up on the goal of 200, but is there a specific reason for that number?

204 this week. First break through 210.

Rearranged my eating window and which meal gets the bigger amount of food.

Still aiming for my maintenance window being between 185 to 200. Wanting that range because that is the range where my back no longer hurts and I feel good running. So still plugging away

I was 198 in 2016-early 2017.
We had a failed adoption shortly there after and I put on a ton of weight.
