Today a very large military airplane flew over campus, not a jet. Not sure if they were practicing for Saturday or not.

On Oct. 22nd v Kansas, the flyover will be by V22 Ospreys. Marines pilots. One will be Ben Steed '02 (I think that's his class) from E-2. He's an Amarillo Aggie, too.

Ben Steed is E-2 '06....and yes it will be plopters for the Kansas game. No Super Stallion, but a great PR airframe...not so much for combat....

The games flyover will be conducted by two F/A-18Fs from VX-9 based out of China Lake, CA. VX-9 is the Navy's Operational Test Squadron.
