I just watched the 30 for 30 where a KU booster purchases James Neismith's original rules of basketball for over $4 million.
This is the Aggie version and this definitely needs to be on display in the MSC or Corps Center. The OP will still own it...we'll just keep in at our house (MSC)!

My Old BQ eyes also detect that the musical notation at the top of the autograph contains a rough sketch of the opening music to the War Hymn too. What a great piece of Aggie History to find now after all these years.
