Here are two articles from 1979 where Mark May was arrested while playing at Pitt for Disorderly Conduct, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, inciting a riot, and making Terroristic Threats.
He was arrested for jumping on cars. After being places under arrest, he tried to start a riot by trying to get his friends to interfere with the arrest.
