Jackie wasn't dismissed at midseason, Buckley didn't make the hit in a 1988 at Kyle Field, and R.C. did coach that game in 1988 while Jackie left to ponder his future. The game ended like 18-0 or something and it rained buckets, hay bales, dogs, cats, and turtles about halfway through the first half. It was crazy. You could see it coming from Bryan, and when it hit, it was super windy and rained sideways. The lights at Kyle came on at noon because it was so dark.

This thread, and CU@Kyle, re-wrote the book on the TexAgs off season football thread, the rules were completely thrown out the window after this thread hit. It was in a word, Revolutionary. The paradigm was broken with this thread. This thread was a great example of thinking outside of the box. Clearly there was 110% given in the creation of this thread.
Are there any other cliches that could be used to describe the greatness that is this thread?

Remember when Marcus passed up Ray Childress for Third place on the all time A&M Sack list and Marcus wanted to make that major milestone at Kyle field so he refused to make any sacks in the first two road games so that he could break the record at Kyle Field. And then when he made the sack to move into third place they stopped the game and Ray came out on the field and passed an unlit torch to Marcus. That was great, man what a milestone Third Place.
