baseless claims of having a "trademark" = we actually do have a federally copyrighted trademark on the "12th man" moniker

how is Paul Allen in bed?

An Aggie does not lie, cheat, or steal, nor tolerate those who do.

oh my bad, I guess it's hard to see him when your planted face down in the desk

To receive a trademark you need to prove there is no prior usage for that mark. You trademarked in in what 1990 or so. We retired the number 12 jersey in 1984 for this reason which is long before the trademark. This will come to light in court and you will lose the battle for that reason. Bunch of whinney *******s that you are.

so your saying "you're fired" has never been used...I'll be sure to let my friend Donald Trump know that

Ahh, Seahawks fan . . . why the angry face? Worried? Don't hate us because we're beautiful. You guys got punked on an internet poll - meaningless, right? - but it made you mad enough to come over here and post with an angry face.

How bad are you guys gonna feel after you get beat up by Pittsburgh on the field and then beat up by us in the courts?

Seahawgs fan - We actually have the history BEFORE 1984. Try 1922....I am sure we can produce pictures from prior to 1984 where our band is shown in the 12th Man formation...but that is still lost on you..
Aggie Q
5:31p, 1/31/06
how many superbowl wins do the seahawks have?

Rough Rider, it does not matter that you have proof dating back to 1922, you did not "trademark" it until the 1990's. A fact that seems lost on you and the great education you have received or are receiving.

Hey Seahawks Fans, could you please not waste so much time between posts, we would all love for you to reach your post limit soon

This isn't a question of ESTABLISHING a new trademark, Seahawks fan, it's a question of DEFENDING one. The trademark was granted in 1900 and again in 1996 proving that simply retiring a #12 jersey didn't qualify, so you're argument there just got pummelled.

1989. and they granted it, meaning we had exclusive rights, no matter what else in the past happened.

bye bye.

Not a problem Aggie, by the way nice retort that one really was a good burn on me. Can you try a little harder next time??

Nothing left to say on the trademark issue, huh? Then you're dismissed. And for future reference, you should keep your mouth shut so people will only wonder if you're stupid, not open it and prove them right.

Buh bye.

I don't understand how Seahawk fans can mock A&M for not winning games. Up until a couple years ago, the Seahawks have been consistenly AWFUL. Do you Seahawks fans honestly want to get started on the football tradition argument?

Guys, I think we made Seahawk fan late for his Paul Allen booty call, will be back shortly I assume

The simple fact that the Texas Aggies outvoted the seahawks proves that we care more about the name than they do. If they were so proud of it they would have put up a better fight for it. The Texas Aggies have been and always will be the REAL 12th man!
