Can be a dangerous game but with the right GK the benefit can far outway the risk. Raya is far less prone to error than Rams. Not sure how many times he has made a mistake this season but I believe this is the first time it cost us a goal.

You're 3-0 up on the road. Hard to imagine in that situation any benefit outweighed what happened. Manage the game.

Raya deserves to get criticized for it, as does Ramsdale when he did it, but this is on Arteta. Aame management and situational awareness are severely lacking. If they are going to get a goal, make them earn it. Make them create it themselves.

There's a difference between quitting doing what you are doing, and not trying a ridiculously low percentage pass, directly in front of your own goal. It's like going for it on 4th down from your own 10 yard line.

And yes, you have to adjust somewhat in different situations. Remember Ramsdale gifting the equalizer to Brentford right before halftime? What did everyone say? It's literally right before half time, just kick it quickly down the field and don't take the risk. Remember the equalizer Raya and Gabriel gave to Liverpool right before half time because both were waiting for the other to claim it? What did everyone say? Arsenal is a team obsessed with control, but there's more ways to control the game rather than just hanging on to the ball no matter where you are on the field.

I'm surprised the NBC guys are so convinced that should have been a penalty in the first half. The argument "you've seen them given" doesn't apply because you've also seen them not given. Nobody knows what is and isn't a penalty any more so I don't know anyone is acting like something certainly is or isn't.

Yeah Mexico Arsenal fans are pre-ordering as we speak.

I could get over the "team Mexico" feel if not for that stupid white design on the shoulder. that screams of "we had some extra fabric lying around"

I can live with the home (I don't like it) but the away would be atrocious even for a warm up shirt. That's ****ing terrible

The red and gold from this year is their best home kit ever. The black and rose gold from a couple years ago is one of the best kits in the history of the sport.

The home kit like others said, is ok. That away kit is the grossest thing I've ever seen. Hopefully the 3rd kit is decent.
