33 points off the pace in the Eredivisie, out of Europe competition, and suffered their worst league loss ever (6-0) a month ago. Something does seem a little amiss now that you mention it.

Obviously I can look at a table and see it's been a ****ty year but it sounds like their structure is a mess now. Board members trying to flex nuts and back room staff no longer a jewel for recruitment.
