Minnesota gets the toughness and leadership of Beverley for its young, developing roster. Gersson Rosas had Beverley on his team with Rockets and knows what he brings. Memphis continues to add talent along the margins, including Culver, who's only 22 and a former No. 6 pick.

Two big hires in Memphis this week as Rasheed Wallace joined Penny Hardaway and Larry Brown on the Memphis Tigers staff.
Bonzai Wells joined an HBCU located in Memphis.
And any deep NBA fans will connect Rasheed Wallace, Bonzai Wells and periodic Memphis visitors Zach Randolph and Damon Stoudamire to one infamous team in the early 2000s.
No news if JR RIder or Ruben Patterson will be coming to town.
NEWS: There's going to be another former NBA star coaching in Memphis soon (and he has ties to the Grizzlies).

If this is the end of Marc Gasol’s incredible NBA career, fitting that it wraps the same way it began: with a trade from the Lakers to Memphis.

With tonight's win at Dallas, @memgrizz are the first @NBA team in the last 25 seasons (when play-by-play data was first tracked) to record a streak of 4+ wire-to-wire wins, defined by @EliasSports as wins in which the team never trailed and the score was never tied after 0-0. pic.twitter.com/h5axwjwV7z

He is the 7th Xavier to play in the NBA. The Grizzlies have had 5 of them.
Ja Morant's averages over the past week (4 gms) are nuts - 35 pts, 7 reb, 6 ast per game shooting 57% from the field and 74(!)% from three (on 5 attempts per game).

Santi Aldama (Tailbone Contusion) and Derrick Rose (Left Hamstring Soreness) are questionable tonight at @celtics. https://t.co/fifyNZRVCi
Not surprisingly, lost by 40 with most the Celtic starters not playing in the 4th
Loss today with just one player who appeared in the season opener in October, and just two players who were even in the organization as of February.
The team featured NBA-record number of Grizzlies players (33) and starting lineups (51). That number does not include Steven Adams who never played for them this year.
Highlight was the development of Vince Williams and GG Jackson.
