One of them has his head swollen like a ripe melon and has put on 30 lbs of muscle bulk while the other hasn't.

The other is the best hitter of his generation and had been for a decade. And has learned to pull the ball to the short porch in his home park.

Altuve got tested a few times in the past few seasons as they all do.

I highly doubt MLB is interested in protecting him given they had zero problem suspending Tatis who you could argue was on a trajectory to be the face of MLB given he was on the cover of the show.
