...and another great quarter/year.

Yup, I called it. $0.12/share in earnings.
Also sounds like, they are giving guidance that Q1 sales look strong.

Announced this quarter's dividend - I never take that for granted and appreciate their continued commitment to returning capital to shareholders. Plus, there's something pretty nice about an 11% yield (cost basis) and a stock that keeps appreciating.
10:16a, 3/18/15
So is it time to get in now that it's at it's all time high or will this thing come back down a little bit?

Bought shares in one account, but meant to buy in main savings account.
Bought a year later, after the nice rise. So realizing returns, but not the 100% return like my gambling account sees. Great stock/advice.

Groundhog Day. 2Q numbers were exceptionally strong.

What a great stock and company. Seems like a throwback to the old economy sort of investing proposition, which I miss a good bit. Steady, predictable earnings, rising dividend, thoughtful and measured growth.
I'm in for the long haul - only wish I had thrown a little more at it, originally (my basis is $1.12/share).

Another stellar quarter. Given EPS of $0.066 for the first half of 2015, I don't think it's outrageous to predict full year EPS of around $0.135. At an EPS of 18, that puts the stock around $2.43. An EPS of 20, puts it at around $2.70. I think a dividend raise at year-end (to $0.02) seems pretty likely given the continued strong results.
My cost basis in my shares is $0.68 so I'm very happy with the results.

Raised the dividend again. Looks like a good time to buy if you haven't jumped in already at any point in the past 5 years or so.
My yield on cost is now 11.7% without factoring in any special dividends.

Earnings were just ok. 4Q looking good though. Somebody knew 3Q was not going to be stellar - this stock took a haircut the last few weeks that had to have been connected to this quarter's numbers.
On to 4Q...

Haven't updated this in a while, but they printed record results for 4Q and annual numbers last month. EPS was up 5% YoY off of a comparable 10% increase in the top line. Kept the dividend at $0.019/sh but had conservatively optimistic commentary looking forward. Should have all LT debt paid off in the next 15 months.
Love having this stock in my portfolio and knowing that the management team is so stable and conservative!

Another record quarter...
Doesn't sound like they'll increase the dividend yet due to more CAPEX spend over the next few months, but the fact that they're expanding again (along with new major customer they landed and Asia stabilizing) is very positive news. Phenomenal management team. Just weird to be invested in a company that has to move so slowly (despite strong relative profitability) when you compare it to the tech startups that can raise eleventy billion dollars overnight without being profitable!

I hadn't looked at them in 8 month's, since I am long, holding and happy. But doing taxes was surprised to see the stock hasn't done anything, so I went back and found nothing but more stellar news. I think this team should start looking for a bigger company they could merge with and run. I think these guys are good enough to do something similar to what America West Arlines mgmt team did, they are now running the world's largest airline.

Above $2.30 on record volume the past two days. It's starting to get fringe mainstream attention...
9:17a, 10/14/16
Another record quarter (although helped a bit by delayed 2Q bookings). YTD numbers are strongest ever. Beginning facilities and production expansion and should see benefit in 2017. Stock is stuck in a trading range though, so I guess I'll just continue to hold and collect my 12% yield on cost.
10:27a, 10/16/17
Another "record breaking financial results for the third quarter, and the highest quarterly profit ever" press release.
Past the facilities Cap Ex effort, so I bet we get a Christmas bonus in the form of another special dividend...

No Christmas special dividend, but the stock is flying for some reason. Up to $2.69 as of this morning. I've quadrupled my money on market price alone even without counting any of the dividends over the years.
4:16p, 7/13/18
Another "highest quarterly net sales and earnings ever, as well as record breaking sales and earnings for the six month period ending June 30, 2018" report dropped today.
Net income for the year could be north of $0.20/share.
(yes, I realize I'm essentially talking to myself on this thread)

I appreciate this thread. Bought in around .75 originally in my regular account. Added a second position in my IRA maybe two years ago.

Balance Sheet is very healthy and recent investments back into the business were well handled.
Stock at $3.15 as I type this and still paying a strong dividend.
One of my best holdings ever!
Annual EPS was a half penny shy of $0.20/share...great year for them! Record sales, record earnings....again.BT1395 said:

I have held this since 2013, and it's been a heck of a solid and consistent performer.
Current news: It appears the two departing board members are truly retiring, and that they might be due some fresh thinking from new directors (one is a food industry consultant). Anyone have insights?

Tough to say - depends on your investment goals. My personal opinion is that it certainly isn't grossly undervalued right now, but I also see continued growth, a very strong dividend, and relative stability which makes this attractive to certain investors. There happens to be a place for that in my portfolio, so I'm still holding.
