Really proud of our effort today! We weren't going to be denied. According to Charlie Creme, we still have a shot at the NCAA Tourney. Today was a must win for us. Hoping we can have another solid game against SC. So nice to have Rogers back! I'd forgotten how smooth she is. Plays with so much poise and confidence! Barker redeemed herself in the 2nd half finishing with 15 pts and 9 boards. 17 pts for Coulibaly. 9 boards for Ware. All players contributed today. Loved the team singing Happy Birthday to Joni on the set postgame!

Supposedly that "last team in" designation" was before today's win over Mississippi State. It is highly unlikely that we are going to beat South Carolina tomorrow (no one does) , but hopefully we've done enough to get in which would be a fantastic statement that our program is back on track.

What I saw prior to the game on ESPN website was that Miss St was part of the Last 4 in and we were the first team out. I hope that changes and we get in. Would be a fantastic boost to the program at this stage.

I'd really like to see this team rewarded with a tourney invite. I think they'd be safely in had Rogers not missed extended games.

Prior to today, the team was 17-6 with Rogers. After she hurt her knee, we were 1-5. It is nice to see her back.

After 8/9 play they often get #1 in any tournament format that has them paired in their first game. It's why I prefer any seed but 8/9 or 16. You get one more round if you can beat a 2-4 seed that way.
