Our buyer the was just denied due to I income/credit issues on Friday. The original close date was 2/9. We have learned that our realtor has been acting as a dual agent, and has been lying to us and now is trying to have us sign termination documents that not correct and refuses to fix them, and wants us to sign an indemnity paperwork. We are in a really bad spot due to this and are needing to speak with an attorney about how to proceed.

I used Carey Worrell for a pretty simple issue and had a good experience. She is a real estate attorney among other things. Sounds like a giant Charlie foxtrot. Good luck.
