Buddy increased Driver Swing Speed over 10 mph

We are all in our early 50s. Index 0 to 6.

Between 4 of us, we have 2 skytraks, 2 other cheaper simulators and a swing speed radar. We all swing between 95 to 100mph with ball speed between high 130s to nearing 150 mph.

3 of us use the speed stick and lift weights. The scratch boy nicknamed gorilla went with a stretch tool in October. And recently gorilla was on my skytrak getting crazy numbers.. 108 to 110 mph driver speed with high 150s ball speed.

He's been using this thing and nothing else. We all bought it this week.

Maybe with a better shoulder turn you won't be coming across it as much

I've almost bought this multiple times over the last few months and I'll get on the site and never actually commit. I've actually read quite a few positive reviews on it, but hadn't known any first hand experiences. I ordered one as well

Yeah. I plan to workout both sides as well. Can't imagine it's good for muscle balance to only do your lead arm

Why can't I just use my putter with my left hand on the grip and my right hand on the neck? Is the sliding grip and bungie cord part really worth $140? Looks like I can do the essential part of the stretch with just a short club.

My 2 other buddies received theirs few days ago. One buddy said he could barely do 10 and the other buddy did 30. They both said it was a workout.
