Buddy from work played there a few weeks ago and said it was in good shape, was able to get 2 rounds in on a weekday.

played it for the first time a few weeks ago. Fun course but drove back to The Woodlands...did not see much of Frankston.

great course. Frankston is a place you slow down to avoid a ticket while you drive to the bright lights big city scene in Tyler.
