Those of you who own rentals or have had work done on your homes recently, how much would you think it costs to paint the full interior of a house that is roughly 2200 square feet? Ceiling, walls, trim, interior doors, closets, pantry, etc. I'm guessing $10k, but I would like some educated guesses before I start scheduling guys to come write me up a quote. In DFW area.

I paid $3750 for 1400 sq ft. I'd estimate $5-6k for yours.

The quality matters. Do you want a "rental make-ready" paint job or a "repaint my house once every 10 years" paint job?

The latter.

Does that include trim, doors, etc? Seems low to me if it does. If so, good for you.

No cabinets and there may be a small amount of furniture moving, but we can do it ahead of time if we have instructions to do so.
