Yeah, looking back at it, it seems my spacing wasn't all that great, but c'mon, it's a beer thread...I'm suprised I was even legible. It was a good sour beer. You definitely get the chocolate and a bit of coffee. I'll be buying it again if they have it when I go back on Thursday.

BSD, IF you stumble upon some Clutch when you go to Spec's this week would it be possible to grab an extra bottle for me? I just dont make it down to the big one often.

Ill pay you for it & buy a couple rounds upon delivery....

Not a problem, Jetch. I'll see what I can find and grab you some.

Bonfire, for some reason, I've been quite popular with my friends since that purchase. I'm planning a RRBC beer dinner in a few months so I grabbed quite a few. My buddy lives across the mountain from Santa Rosa and has offered to send fresh Pliny as they come out so I'm looking forward to cooler weather! If there is a winter down here, I'll be a happy (and slurring) man.

If I'm at a good bar, Live Oak Liberation Ale is my go-to.

Everyday favorite is St. Arnold Amber Ale (nod to KRegan).

Most recently I've enjoyed Magic Hat #9 and their Hefe. I also like Dale's Pale Ale.

Real Ale Octoberfest and 512 IPA. I just wish they weren't so damn expensive. $10/6 isn't cheap.

That Left Hand Milk Stout is awesome but I preferred it from a tap.

Tonight I had a Deschutes Hop in the Dark CDA.

Have any of you fools ever seen/had/enjoyed this?

Life & Limb is a collaborative effort, the brainchild of Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. and Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Life & Limb is a 10% ABV strong, dark beer that defies style characteristics- brewed with pure maple syrup from the Calagione family farm in Massachusetts and estate barley grown on the Grossman "farm" at the brewery in Chico, CA. The beer is alive with yeast-a blend of both breweries' house strains-bottle conditioned for added complexity and shelf life, and naturally carbonated with birch syrup fresh from Alaska.

Don’t worry, it goes downhill for us too.  It turns into a drunk fest after the first two courses.

So far the lineup is PtE, Damnation, Consecration, Salvation, and Supplication.
