Oh um...seasoned beef and pepper jack cheese rolled into a dough that I topped with cilantro butter

(I used ground beef I bought from Village Foods, and even though my oven unevenly cooks things...the best thing I have done was to buy aluminum sheet pans)

The onion soup was excellent as well. We'll be going back there at some point this weekend for macaroni gratin and the croque madame. We even took our own wine and there was no corkage fee! I tipped well.

Pho Saigon in Houston, best bowl of pho I've ever had. Got the seafood pho with shrimp, fish balls, and crab legs. Might be my death row meal.

We must've overlapped. My wife and I hit up Bouchon on Friday and Sunday mornings. I was recovering from wisdom tooth removal, so I couldn't go crazy. On Sunday, I felt a little better, so we splurged.
