Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients:
1 large green tomato, sliced 1/4 inch thick.
1 cup flour.
1 cup Italian breading.
1/3 cup parmesan cheese.
2 eggs.
1/3 cup milk.
Slices of provolone cheese.
1/3 cup olive oil.
Garlic salt to taste.

Instructions:
1. Combine milk and eggs in a bowl to create the egg wash. Mix well.
2. Dip tomato slices in the egg wash then cover with flour.
3. Dip the tomato slices back into the egg wash to apply the breading.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium-low heat for a few minutes.
5. Place tomato slices in the frying pan.
6. Flip when the bottom becomes golden brown in color.
7. When the other side is almost cooked top the slices with mozzarella.
8. Fry until the bottom of the eggplant is golden brown. Sprinkle with
parmesan cheese before serving.

9. Cook a frozen cheese pizza according to package instructions

10. Top pizza with fried green tomatoes

11. Scramble eggs, and add on top of the pizza

I'm not sure what this is, but it certainly aint fried green tomatoes.

You started making fried green tomatoes, but by the end they magically became eggplant parm.

Bad enough that it just copies and pastes recipes, but it seems to go out if it's way to post really bad ones
