New app account settings!

Auto-bookmark preference: Lets you pick whether creating a topic or replying to a topic automatically bookmarks the topic.
Default bookmark notification preference: Lets you choose the initial setting for a newly bookmarked topic. Either "None", "In-App", or "In-App + Push"
Auto-load embeds: Lets you choose how embeds inside posts are loaded.
Auto-load images: Lets you choose how images inside posts are loaded.
