When I've posted on a thread and someone replies directly to me, is there a way to go directly to that reply/replies without having to scroll through the thread? Usually not a problem but sometimes on the massive threads with hundreds of replies, it can be quite a chore.

There currently isn't a way to do this, unfortunately. We've discussed this dilemma before, though, and it's on our list to improve this.
