Despite questionable coaching decisions in the 9th... this was a huge win. Great job, Ags!!!

Huge win, #11, big RPI win against #9 on that list on the road.
Childress serves up more ammo for criticism, but still, biggest win of the season to salvage the idea of A&M making the postseason.

The players deserved this win. They fought hard for a W. That being said, RC just makes mind boggling decisions.

Rob Childress has never been accused of being a great baseball coach, of knowing what to do when. He is mediocre at best. Graham normally runs circles around him. He happened to dodge a huge bullet tonight.

Applicable, because I think people were actually doing this:

Miss St will rock our ass this weekend.
Because beating a Top 15 RPI team on the road means you'll get swept by the #42 team.

You're pissed that we actually beat Rice tonight aren't you? I'm sure you expected them to rock us too, hun?

Most people have come to dislike Childress. Crew was saying stuff like this during the Omaha season.

That is why I didn't go tonight and gave up my season tonight after 15 years. I can't keep my mouth shut in the stands so I stay home. Wouldn't let the guy coach a little league team because the kids would be clueless on the fundamentals of baseball. I tried not to even check the score but couldn't stand it. I am sick and tired of losing to Houston schools.

Childress haters need to go ahead and jump and let the rest of us enjoy Aggie baseball again. Great win tonight. Very proud of these guys!

It's probably hard to tell from the last page or so of comments.
That is probably true. Lately, you can tell how the ags are doing in a game by the number of pages the game thread has gotten. When the Ags are winning, you get a low page amount thread. When the Ags are losing or a team is making a big comeback, you have many threads with posts from people who only post about baseball when they can complain.

Psst. We won.

I'm as upset as most others about this season thus far, but we have won 4 games VS RPI top 15 teams in the last 11 days, 3 on the road. We can string RC up after the season if need be, just enjoy tonight.

State is in the bottom half of the league in both pitching and hitting. However they are #1 in fielding and have a superstar closer
