Mr Idiot Announcer, all the outs were by strike out but that's not striking out the side.

Only 1 run, but 29 pitches. Let's get in their bullpen early
Yep. With how well we worked their pen yesterday, getting to their pen early would be huge.

Nice scratch bubbles Ags, plus you made The Cags work

Agree with the announcers, I'd score that a hit for Schott

Would have loved another run or 10 but 30 pitches and nearly batting around is a small win.

Yes, that's what it is …

Why why is he in the lineup? Surely Bell or Sorell are better options.

I'd rather just see Sorrell or Bell as the DH at this point. Don't care really about lefty/righty

Well, left a lot on base. Didn't like that. But CaGs looked shaky at time and can (and will) be hit. Montgomery is champing at the bit to get up to the plate again.

Striking out the side is striking out all batters you face.

Binderup and Targac should not be in a weekend lineup until they can show to go 4-4 on a Tuesday

It's crazy we don't have one solid option for DH.

I believe we will see Bell or Sorell have an opportunity today.

Striking out this side of the lineup.

He didn't strike out the side. He gave up 2 walks and two hits

I still think the answer to our DH problems is to put Schott there and Sorrell in LF full-time

Agree. I trust Schloss, but I said weeks ago that BB would struggle mightily against legitimate D1 pitching. He's just not there yet

I question pinch hitting Binderup this weekend and starting him today. Let him get back in a groove at home and against midweek opposition first. I don't get the staff's thinking there.

Kind of putting him in position to fail and hurt his confidence as well.

TexAgs is not TexAgs unless someone does not weep, wail or gnash their teeth about something, anything.

Google be wrong. You can't give up walks and hits and "strike out the side"

Guess JL isn't gonna get that wide strike zone

Not that Bard has been far and away the best in the DH spot but at leat his ABs havent been as ugly as Targo and Binderup
