We are a good team. We are about 3 good pitchers and 2 more good hitters away from being a great team. 18-0 was fun, but we are in the real competition now. Win tomorrow and we are .500 in the best conference in baseball. If we can scratch up some serious NIL money and keep a few guys into next year, this team will be a serious contender in 25.

Feeling pretty confident for tomorrow. We have a fully rested bullpen due to back end guys doing well tonight and as such can have a quick hook if it becomes necessary.

We again just look too reliant on the long ball. With a neutral wind we have at least 2 or 3 HRs. Need to be able to win in adverse wind. Let's bounce back tomorrow and get to work in batting practice. We really need a Stanley Tucker LSU performance from someone at DH or 2B tomorrow to get at least 1 of those spots hitting. Kent is better than he showed tonight. Need him to show it.

I saw (well heard) a lot of barreled up balls that found leather and not grass. Most ABs were solid IMO, not an overly large number of Ks, a solid number of walks, didn't even leave a whole lot of runners stranded at least in comparison with State. I don't call that ugly nor being overly reliant on the long ball. Sorry I don't see the huge black hole at the bottom of the order. Are we getting consistent production through out the line up, certainly not but it is not as if we're getting nada from the bottom four either no matter who is penciled in.
