I believe so. We were playing TCU in midweeks but that ended when we left and they joined.
To be fair, we don't play teams from any of the major conferences in the midweek (but you know more about this than I do, so right about now I'm thinking your question may have been rhetorical)
I'm surprised we haven't ever added the Bears in Waco back to the midweek schedule since that would be a nice close trip and most years wouldn't be an RPI hit. Maybe we do (and they take the sips spot) going forward?

I know we're off track here...but what renovation would be finished by the time his collegiate career is over anyway? And the guy seems like he might be destined to play in places a lot nicer than any college ballpark. Doesn't make sense that he would be that worried about future changes to Olsen.

Let's not get massively sentimental here. College baseball is now a business. The current system means that all of our players are mercenaries on one year contracts. GG has been fantastic... but I don't for a second think he would stay at A&M if he felt the grass was greener elsewhere. He would be foolish to.
I would also add that
1) I miss the days when (most) players' parents bit their tongues in public
<AND>
2) GG is (to some degree) a professional. Dad shouldn't be airing this sh** during the season.
EDIT - I composed this before I read his apparent unhappiness was with the size of Olsen. Does Dad think we're going to come up with $80 million and break ground on Olsen 3 the day the Super Regional is over?

I think his dad is likely doing his part to help get some money raised to get things moving. As you say, renovations take time and Gavin may never play in a renovated stadium anyway due to the time involved.
We probably should move on and focus on the game, and not worry about things beyond our control.
