What are they wearing on their belts?

I assume you mean their play sheets? It's like a QB arm band. So when coaches signal they can look at the play sheet to confirm the plays. Helps teams to switch up their signals week to week.

Could be either or both depending on the team. Usually on offense. Rather than having complex signals to bunt, hit & run, etc the coach can just say "1" the kid looks at the card in there and reads what to do.

Can you confirm that 10 run rule applies? If so how many innings?

for all SEC games it is a 10 run lead anytime after the middle of the 7th, but if it's the home team that is losing, they get one chance to bat in the bottom half of the inning.

Isn't this the same thing as 10 run lead after the end of the 7th?

If the home team is up 10 in the 6th and the visitors don't score in the top of the seventh, the bottom of the 7th doesn't get played.

So your team is too dumb to understand coaches' signals. Got it.
