If I recall correctly, less than 1% of eligible donors actually donate. So not a randomized sample of the population. Some may also assume that those who donate on a regular basis as an attempt to help out their fellow citizens may also be inclined to get vaccinated to help out their fellow citizens.KidDoc said:CDC says more than 80% of blood donors show immunity of some kind. The number of people that have had Covid are higher than reported cases.
The numbers I've seen have all been estimates and have been wildly different. In addition, the ones thrown around early in Covid have proven to be wildly wrong.
