A college football prospect will be attentive to a recruiter.

He’ll listen to a coach’s sales pitch about a team’s family atmosphere, fan support, stadium, weight room, competition, conference and championships that may be won.

But for many top prospects, no coaches’ spiel will say as much as this weekend’s NFL Draft.

Teenagers are well aware of the riches the NFL provides. They want to know how to get there and what programs can help them get there.
